The practice is near the pretty market town of Olney, within easy reach of Northampton, Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Wellingborough and surrounding villages.

I can, having worked for twenty-five years in the commercial sector suffering long and stressful hours in Marketing, I.T. and Sales, culminating with running my own business in a hectic deadline-driven environment. Whew! And that was alongside being Mum, and helping in the family farming business.....
Eventually I decided enough was enough, and took the plunge into the unknown to learn therapeutic techniques. This has been the most wonderful and enlightening journey for me, and now I am in a position to help others surmount the pressures and strain of stress and pain and find their own path, just as I did.
So if you are feeling particularly stressed out, in discomfort, in pain, or just want a relaxing treat, I can provide all the above therapies.
Under normal circumstances, the treatments are 'stand-alone' sessions, but they can be easily combined to suit your needs. The emphasis is on a totally relaxing and healing experience.
